Eugene Gilkes, CEO of IncludeMe Consulting Ltd, a UK-based company, brings over 30 years of experience as an organizational development specialist. He also brings a rich personal background that includes 12 years as a medal-winning international decathlete and nearly a quarter of a century in School Governance.

Eugene is a Consulting Inclusion Coach and a certified Cultural Intelligence (CQ®) Facilitator. He specializes in developing corporate inclusive practices to promote equity and diversity in the workplace, as well as fostering cross-cultural working relationships.

Edgardo D. Santillán, Esquire is a highly experienced attorney specializing in Bankruptcy Law, Hemp & Cannabis Law, and Real Estate Law. With over 32 years of practice, Mr. Santillán has a deep understanding of these areas of law.

He is admitted to practice before several courts, including the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas (Dallas), U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States Supreme Court, and the United States Tax Court.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Santillán is a respected speaker and educator. He has delivered presentations on topics such as Bankruptcy & Tax laws, Bankruptcy & Farming, and Cannabis: Marijuana & Hemp.  

Mr. Santillán is an active member of several professional associations, including the Beaver County Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, Maine Bar Association, International Cannabis Bar Association, HRC, National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, and the WPREIA/Pittsburgh Real Estate Investors Association.

Mr. Santillán is the CEO of AgraPharm, LLC, a hemp farm in Pennsylvania. AgraPharm started as a CBD flower grower but has now diversified its activities to include the farming and administration of hemp for various purposes, including phytoremediation, agricultural and medical research, and energy production. AgraPharm has also entered into partnerships with Native American Nations to jointly undertake phytoremediation projects in Northeast Oklahoma.

Originally hailing from Philadelphia, PA, Lazaven Mitchell made the pivotal move to Pittsburgh, where he enrolled at Indiana University of Pennsylvania to pursue a dual major in Business Administration & Human Resource Management. Over the course of nearly two decades, Lazaven has forged a prosperous career in the financial industry. Serving as the Founder and CEO of Prosperity Mindset Financial Group, he has become a symbol of unwavering commitment to community empowerment.

Before launching her own Healthcare & Information Technology Staffing Firm, Sophia served as the Director of Information Technology Project Management for a non-profit technology company in Virginia.

Ajibola Edwards is a Senior Partner in the Law Firm of AK & Co where he oversees the Commercial and Government Relations Department of the Firm. Over the years Ajibola Edwards has advised both Nigerianand International clients on projects in construction, energy/oil and gas including early production systems for extraction of gas and oil. He also advises on technology, housing development, manufacturing, and mergers, and acquisitions.

He works with clients on these and other projects and has extensive experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various types of contracts, including PPP and EPC agreements.

Ajibola Edwards is Strategic Advisor to several Nigerian, International, and Multinational Companies. He has written several articles on commercial transactionsand is also a Fellow of The Institute of Credit Administration.
